  My mom has known Nony Lukito-Lim, whom she’s worked with since she was pregnant with me…. Way back when. They started out as a professional agent client relationship and over the last 3 decades, my mom considers Nony a true friend! Anyway, we’ve all since moved out of the Bay Area, but my mom still continues to do business with Nony’s office because of their loyalty and outstanding service! I was shopping in the middle of the night for auto insurance and sent her a text. The next day Matthew Pang called me and after 48 minutes of going over my, not so perfect driving history, he sent me multiple variations of auto insurance quotes, another one for renters, earthquake, and life. He let me think it over and followed up with me the next day. My indecisiveness lead me to have him make even more changes and he was not only patient, but informative of every change I was making. Matthew was super helpful and I hope he knows he’ll be stuck with me for 30+ years now, just like Nony is stuck with my Mom. Thank you Matt for your top tier service and letting me reminisce on my youth and growing up in the Bay!

  I have been a policyholder with Nony for several years she is one of the best in this business; she truly cares about her clients and she knows her insurance products. She takes the time to make sure you have the right coverage and explains why you may need it. Staff has always been kind, courtesy and very helpful. I would recommend this agent and this office any time!!!
