We had a great experience refinancing our home mortgage. It was easy, quick, and for the first time in 13 years we were able to lower our interest rate on our house. I did not appreciate that obviously our information was sold and we are now receiving all kinds of junk mail regarding "mortgage insurance" and other scam types of mail. Hence only 3 stars. Would have given the experience 5 stars if that hadn't started after our closing.

Hi Rachel, I am so sorry about that experience. Unfortunately Norcom doesn’t sell any of your information, whenever credit is pulled for any loan transactions the actual credit bureaus (experian, transunion, and equifax) are who sell off that information. It is really annoying for us as well, but it is part of the credit system (it’s like when you open a new credit card, you get lots of solicitations for new credit cards). Norcom had a policy to not sell any of your info so I promise it wasn’t us!
