  I was recommended by a friend who had a good experience with this company and Todd Marino, unfortunately this experience was not one that I had using this company and loan officer. To start my process I had called the office multiple times and left messages with no returned phone call. I’d like to also mention that not once did Todd ever talk to me over the phone or at all for that matter to discuss anything. I received a text message a week or so later with a link to the website to fill out paper work etc. I filled it out, sent it back, waited 2 weeks to hear back and still nothing. At this point, norcom had done a credit check so I figured I should be hearing back from someone about getting the process going. That was not the case. I texted Todd (because he doesn’t answer phone calls) asking him if I needed to do anything further to get this process moving. He responded back saying he would look into it. 2 more weeks pass and again I have not heard a word, a text message, a call, email, u name it... nothing... it has now been over a month since everything was submitted, credit check was run. I sent Todd another text message letting him know that if I did not hear anything back from him within the week that I would be going to another company. No call, no text, no email, again nothing in response. This guy is a joke and shouldn’t be representing anyone. If your going to use this company DO NOT use Todd Marino. Being busy is one thing, no communication and no work being done is another. If I could give less than 1 star I’d be all over it. Use a company that cares and respects YOUR time because your the one giving them the business.
