I've been banking here for almost 20 years now and not once have I had a bad experience. The entire staff is welcoming, friendly, and more than helpful. Highly advise considering using NASB, especially this location!

Been banking at nasb since 1998 . used to be a good bank but in the past 3 years bank has been adding more charges with no more benefits . they will tell you.. you can get discounts but nothing worth what we're paying extra for and nothing around where I live or work . also I cannot access bank at all because of new lobby hours and bank hour as I work til 5 every weekday and Saturday ..

Lobby being closed. The worker said didn't know if the lobby be open any time to the end of year! Really sad you only can do drive up window!
