  I've never had any problems with NASB. All of the workers have been very nice and helpful everytime I come in. They have also always been helpful with any fraud attempts on my account and making sure my money stays safe and secure.

  I had an account with NASB since 2003. During Covid 19 shut down. I lost my job and somehow my account was overdrawn by only about $20 dollars. They closed my account without any notice. All the Covid stimulus money was kicked back to the IRS and my Tax return situation has turned into a nightmare.

  Horrible customer service no access to account info outside of what they deem as business hours.

  We actually have many different ways to access your account. In addition to our drive thru service at all of our 11 branch locations throughout the KC metro area, customers can call our customer service line at 1-800-677-6272 and speak to a customer service agent. Customers can also check balances, withdraw and deposit money at one of our many ATMS, and access their account 24/7 online or through our mobile banking app. If you need help with online or mobile banking, please give us a call and we’d be happy to help you get that set up!
