      Cassandra took care of business. Very professional and business transaction was completed on time and everyone was kept in loop with emails. Great job overall.

      Complete incompetence. Terrible communication. Lied several times. The transaction was not simple or easy. Had to hand write my own deed as they weren’t even professional enough to have it typed and prepared. They went out of their way to try to screw over the seller. Had several people involved instead of working with one person directly. They didn’t communicate with the parties only the realtors. What was signed at closing could have been signed and emailed. Complete waste time to have to show up in person. For what they offered this could have been a smoother transaction without their “help.”
