      If negative stars were an option, I'd choose -5! Nothing more than an account number needed to withdraw money from your or anyone else's account. No ID was ever asked for, not impressed knowing that this is how all my hard earned money is protected.

      Since they changed the name I can't get on my online account...ive called several times and was told I can use the same account info as before. Not happening! I've called several times and I've been on hold for several minutes listening to music....not happy at this point...
