I met with North Georgia Tax Solutions in February to complete some past tax returns for a deceased relative. I had all docs to them by the first of March. Despite constant calling and emailing, they never finished the returns by the April tax filing Deadline. I nudged a few more times with promises they’d be done on a certain day…never happened. I was dealing with the owner, Debbie Snelling. She gave assurances of services she failed to deliver. In late May, after 3 months of waiting, I gave up and emailed requesting all documents be destroyed and that I be notified that they’d done so. Again, no response. June 1st I get an email that the returns were done and an invoice of over $2100. I had already obtained services elsewhere. I would not suggest you use North Georgia Tax Services…at any of their locations.
