  The employee who got my account set up put in literally everything wrong. First was my email address. Which when I asked her four times if I should be getting any confirmation emails now that I’ve made an account, she brushed me off and outright ignored me. When asked to use my security code to log in to the app, she apparently spelled my last name wrong which was the security code. And again brushed it off and said “oh well it should work in about half an hour. Try a few more times and it should work.” I did, and ended up locked out of the account that wasn’t even up for an hour. Two weeks later, when my card had not arrived, found out she put my address in incorrectly so my card was sent to another house across town. The customer service rep this time had the nerve to ask “do you want to deactivate the card orrrrrr you think they’ll send you your card back?” Like they think some random stranger will know my correct address and send it back??? On top of that they could not express my card so I could actually use it, because “they can’t rush a new card over the phone.” It’s been a month now, nothing in my account has been correct since opening it and I still don’t have my card. Which as soon as I get it I will be closing my account. To put icing on the cake, I was sent two survey emails to review my experiences with this company, and the link does not work, just reloads the page asking me to fill out the survey. Great job, not.

  I had a great experience with branch. There was an issue with a refund made to a closed account of mine. After some back and forth with the merchant Jennifer the assistant branch manager was able to get me a refund. I’m grateful her help and felt my money was handled well.
