  I have had the absolute worst experience with this company. DO NOT USE!!!! First they started to build our house on the WRONG LOT (setting us back 3 months), then they dragged their feet every step of the way, the hot water heater didn't work when we moved in, gave us a salt system for our salty well water (that they didn't test beforehand) so when we shower it burns our eyes and is ruining all of our new appliances and we have been through 2 new water heaters within 4 months because of it and they now expect US to spend thousands of dollars on a reverse osmosis system because the plumbers won't replace the water heater again until the water is fixed. We also have been waiting for our garage door to be fixed (it was dented before we moved in and they promised to fix it) and every attempt I've made to get answers I've been either brushed off or ignored. Again, we've only been in our home for 4 months and it's just one issue after another and we're first time home owners. Everyone associated with this company has been extremely difficult to work with and we've been nothing but patient and forgiving. I do NOT recommend to anyone, especially if you're a first time home buyer.

  I made a big mistake by choosing Holiday Builders as my builder. There are no words to describe how disappointed and angry I am. We are now at month 17 and house is still not done. They don't even know when would be finish! This is ridiculous! Originally, I was told that it will take no longer than 10 months. They are blaming COVID and shortage of materials however, that's not really the case. They submitted permits 4 months after I signed the contract instead right away. How come other builders are building faster. Nobody contacted me for months to let me know that they are experiencing delays. Looks like they are taking too many projects and can't keep up. City inspections failed multiple times on one project. There are 12 failed inspections total on my house so far and we are only half-way through. I am worrying about the quality of the house at this point. They seem very unorganized. This whole building proces is a nightmare! I am fed up with their excuses after excuses. The only good thing I can say is that Project Manager and Seller are contacting me on regular basis with the update. Each time I called Corporate Office my phone was returned in timely manner. I will update my review as time progress.

  We surely understand and share in your frustration in the length of time to build your home. Material delays and labor shortages (including staffing shortages for inspections) have negatively affected build cycle time for all homebuilders. We have adjusted accordingly, waiting to start homes until all materials are in place and holding back new home sales while we complete homes in our pipeline. Since you have left this review, we've researched your build, and have spoken with you and provided the most up-to-date information we have.
