      The staff does everything to make a small business owner such as myself feel as if I'm the top depositor. Friendly, helpful, no charges for my accounts, and I'm known by name. Accessible accounts as well on line and mobile banking fantastic. Can't say enough good things about this bank

      A customer was allowed to be at the drive-up window for 20 minutes. People in line were not happy. Some thought needs to be put in place to prevent six very unhappy customers who were stuck in line after this inconsiderate person. I miss the old Beverly Bank; though I'm sure this would have happened there. Subsequent visits have been courteous and without undue delay in the drive-up line. So, I would say that service is good. The above problem was a side effect of COVID-19.
