      I banked with North Shore for 5 years while I went to school. They were always helpful, friendly service, a pillar of Duluth going back years. I only left the bank because I moved to Minneapolis. A month ago I had an overdraft fee assessed and went to them, explained that a check cleared a day later than I expected and they refunded me the fee. One shortcoming is that the overdraft fee was ~50% higher than the overdraft fees at the Credit Union I banked at before North Shore Bank. This was moot for me as North Shore refunded it.
