      I have been a customer of the Hermantown Branch bank since it first began on the Air Base and then moved to the present location. I have been pleased with the friendly, professional service they have always provided to me all those years.

      Absolutely impressed by this bank. My first mortgage was through Wells Fargo(biggest mistake), it was a nightmare. So this time around, I read on some reviews of who is actually EXPERIENCED on complicated loans such as the VA home loan. I was selling my home and wanting to expand closer into town. I seriously was dreading the process again. Chana Stocke’s name came up with North Shore Mortgage over in Hermantown bank across from the Menards. I got into contact with her and she requested I bring in X amount of documents. Literally she was so fast and efficient I was shocked at how well she knew ALL HER STUFF. Like literally in and out in 15 mins. She has been absolutely amazing with dealing with this process for me! My fiancé and I are extremely impressed.
