      3 years with this bank a d still cant get a pin for my cards . We can change it, they say !!!! Never works !!!!! Just absolutely love excuses for incompetence, go work at McDonald's

      I've been a member since @1983. I used to be a real estate closer (handling endless paperwork and financial disbursements). I used to tell anyone who listened that they should apply for a mortgage with this organization. The savings would be in the hundreds as the credit union does not charge the customary fees folks are charged by commercial lenders, like closing fees totalling nearly $4000! The employees at North Star are always friendly and quick to fix whatever you're calling about. Even someone like me, a verified pack sacker is treated like royalty. Thanks to all of the hard working folks!
