      Bad communication, they don’t care and they are only for the money and they don’t care about people i would never shop with them again. My car was almost paid off when they repo it and it was only for money we agreed on a date and before that date they came to pick my car up but karma is not nice so thank you north state thank you

      My children (under 3) and I had Covid 19 not mention even after my 14 day quarantine (not working ) I ended up having at blood clot near my lung and passed out in which I was transported and treated at cmc main. Even after proof of illness and documentation their communication was poor. Their website even stated that they help out with people affected by Covid-19. Rashee banerjee stated that the conversation I had with Ashley Freeman was no invoid because she no longer worked there . (How would I know who no longer works there with no communication.) long story short they retrieve the vehicle in the middle of the night with my children’s car seats . My $5,000 Rolex , tennis diamond bracelets and other valuable items . Rashee Banerjee only gave me a phone number and no address to retrieve my items . Even after Contacting the number she gave for the repo the person never answered so now I will have to file a police report for stolen property (jewelry). Do NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY . THEY STEAL YOUR ITEMS FAIR WARNING !!! MECKLENBURG COUNTY POLICE HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED .
