      This bank may be ideal if you plan on putting money into an account, but don't go to them if you are looking for a loan. I went in on a Friday and received the information they needed to look at a loan. I emailed the information to them on Tuesday. On Thursday I had not received any reply to the email, so I called and left a voice mail for the lady that had helped me on Friday. When Monday arrived and I had still not heard anything back, I called and left one more voice mail . To date I have not heard anything back.
