      I would not recommend this bank to anyone. We got a home loan and we requested that the property taxes be part of the payment. We signed the paperwork the bank gave to us to have the bank pay our property taxes. We started getting delinquent tax notices from Muskingum County Auditor. We contacted the bank and we were told that there was one other paper that they needed to be signed. The bank is responsible for providing all the proper paperwork to their customers. They failed as the loan provider and this causing additional fees from the Muskingum County Auditor. There was NO APOLOGY. Also, there was no effort for customer service to make it right and pay the additional fees that we incurred. I have other accounts at many other banks. I have never experience poor customer service at any other business. The employees at this location were rude, used unprofessional tone and not helpful. At one time, they were great but in the last two years, I have found this bank to be horrible to work with to get information or any help about your accounts. As we traveled, we had a difficult time trying to use our North Valley Bank debt cards at gas stations or restaurants. I am in the process of currently moving my accounts away from this bank and I would NOT recommend this bank. I have accounts at other multiple banks that are more professional and helpful.
