      Great bank that we’ve used for years! The staff are always very kind and helpful. However, they are so friendly and familiar with their patrons that they sometimes are too relaxed in security measures. They recognize us, and have on multiple occasions winked or waved us on through some protocols like showing ID, signing both our names to a check when it required both signatures, etc. We will in the future insist on following all the protocols ourselves because we think security is important. But, overall, we’re happy with the services!

      I’ve tried to work with them but they just keep messing up. I’ve asked them to raise my spending multiple times so I can buy a computer and they won’t do it. Then my account gets locked up every time I spend more than $100.
