      I had the pleasure to work with Allison Kasprzak to refinance a car loan.       Customer Service wait time is ridiculously long. Lobby to use ATM on Holiday wouldn’t open for me, was told door was “finicky”. So fix it! Representative was talking the corporate babble and not listening to my issues at all. Not happy! One star is too high of a rating.
