      Worked with NE funding for my first home purchase this past spring. Even in the middle of a pandemic the staff was on the ball at all times. They made, what I thought would be a stressful time, a breeze. I highly recommend northeast funding to anyone for their mortgage process !!!

      I read all the reviews here and that’s the reason why I decided to go with this mortgage lender. What I should have noticed is that all the reviews are close to a year old so perhaps things used to be good before. My experience was not the best, I felt taken advantage of, not fully informed, and confused in the process. There were a lot of questions that I had. I’ve purchased properties before but not in New York so this was my first experience here. I have always worked with mortgage lenders And they have always been top notch except for this experience. Did I get the loan? yes, was it a good experience? No, did I feel well informed? No. perhaps if bob himself had handled my loan it would have been different.
