      This is the 3rd time I've financed/refinanced with Joe in the last 8 years. He is an expert at what he does, thorough (no detail left unaddresssed), patient, ultra responsive to texts, emails and calls (does anyone have a commerial banker that they can say that about??), superb follow thru, all options explained clearly. 5 stars plus, really! Why anyone would choose to use a commercial bank for a mortgage when Joe is available is just silliness.
