      I recently moved to Billerica and so glad I chose to do my banking at Northern. The staff members are personable, friendly and very willing to assist. "B" was terrific when I transferred my finances to Northern. Again, the staff members are the best, so happy I chose Northern!

      I have been with Northern Bank and Trust 30 years and all the tellers and officer are great. Sometimes you get a bad apple that does not explain things well, but a bank has to close at the exact time. I think the person who came in to open an account should of looked at the hours.

      I needed a centrally located bank in town. This bank had great customer service and free checking without minimum amounts deposited, or direct deposit. They also have an atm drive through and a lobby atm. They also have flexible hours. So far, I am very happy with this bank.
