I was surprised by the previous review, because our experience was so different. This place is great! They don't have a fancy website or slick presentation, but Greg & Steve went above and beyond to get us a loan—when no other company would. From identifying errors on the credit report and making sure they were removed; to finding a lender to take on this old, rural property; to hunting down an insurance agent who'd issue a policy on it and locking in a great loan package on a complex escrow, Greg and Steve did it all. Greg even covered the cost of a last-minute inspection himself so that escrow would close on time. And though this was all virtual and we never met in person, communication was excellent: they kept us informed throughout the process and explained everything we needed to know. Their fee was modest, especially considering all the work they did to make this happen. My daughter is so grateful that she's going to bake them cupcakes and deliver them in person—and they're 100 miles away! STELLAR service. For anyone who's been refused by a bank, lender, or mortgage broker—this is the place.

Beware of agent Rosie Martin! She listed a piece of property for us when she worked at Sugar Pine Realty in Twaine Harte CA 5 years ago. After listing we never heard from her again. Her sign is still on the property today. LOL!

DO NOT GO! steve the head guy there can't be trusted. He say's he's a straight shooter but had been jerking me around for months. He is not about pleasing his customers he's just about the money.
