      We have been using NCCU as our primary bank for a few years now. We have found their app and customer service to be lacking. I wanted to make it work with them, but they don't seem to have their act together on loans and some basic alerting you would expect everyone to have at this point. Time to move on.

      Don, Thank you for your feedback. We’ve tried to reach you multiple times to discuss your concerns however we have not received a response. We’ve recently made updates to our mobile app and online banking which includes several methods of communication to send alerts to our members regarding balance, maintenance, and transaction alerts as well as a notification if a password is ever changed. We welcome suggestions from our members and have implemented some changes as a direct result of member suggestions. Please feel free to contact us with your ideas for improvement at any time.

      I live in Berthoud and it is such a convenience. I have a navy federal credit Union account and when I need to withdraw cash, I can do it here with no charge. The place is clean and the staff is friendly. If you never been here before I highly recommended it!
