Lorraine worked on my loan application with me, and was the sweetest women I could talk to over the phone, she called me to let me know I was approved and even congratulated me on my pregnancy. Northern credit union is probably the best bank to bank with, they have multiple locations, one is even down the street from me, and their app makes banking even more convenient. Applied for a loan online and Dan Esther immediately called me to get all the details to preapproved me for a car loan. Vehicle was for my son (his car broke down unexpectedly) and I was traveling out of state. Dan work with me to get the right vehicle that was going to work with the auto loan. Dan went above and beyond - my son didn't have a car and I was out of state so Dan contacted the dealer and the dealer picked up the check so we can get the car. Dan was friendly and very responsive through the whole process!! PS. I have to agree with other review regarding the virtual teller/virtual assistant, I do have an account with Northern but my direct deposit is with another institution, making the loan payments with another bank account is not as easy.
