      My experience with this bank was absolutely terrible. I was connected with Heather for a mortgage loan process. After being approved for my loan, we slowly continued the process for months getting no where after I’ve sent in all my documentation, just for her to tell me they would no longer be able to give me the loan unless I got a co-signer since my business has not been opened for 2 years (which is required for an FHA loan) which Heather was fully aware of from the first phone call we had together and she should’ve told me this right from the beginning, not 4 months after the process begun. Since this mishap, I’m out a $1,700 earnest deposit check due to this. Not to mention everyone I had to talk too in this bank has been extremely unprofessional and they make you feel like you’re unimportant. I do not recommend this bank to anyone, go absolutely anywhere else. I will be taking my business and money elsewhere. 0/5 stars.
