      This branch has no idea what they are doing. Jane, the VP and our account manager, has lied to us multiple times about what is going on with the account. When she is asked questions she states she has no idea. She was told to switch direction with the account as she lied about the timeline and she ignored that direction and did her own thing. We have been dealing with the same issue for almost 7 months now and now she has stopped taking our phone calls and emails. She is untrustworthy.

      I had a check a family member had wrote me, that I needed to cash.Their website states they close at 5. I showed up at 4:20 to find out they close at 4. Security guard informed me he "has been telling them for a while they need to change thier website."
