Called to get a bank statement emailed the lady was rude and said I would have to pick it up..I live in Bay City and at $5.19 a gallon for gas I'm not driving to AuGres which is the closest branch to me ..I need to this paper it's important I also keep this account open because my parents live in Oscoda...

First of all little history I had an account here about 14 years ago loved it. Returned to this bank in person to open a business account, they were excessively rude during my encounter in the branch I talked with 3 people including two managers. We are in the 21st century they demanded I have hard copies of business documents that could be easily emailed due to the IRS emailing them to me in the first place and held on a google drive we’re in a pandemic the IRS is taking months to mail out hard copies of documents.I kindly let them know I don’t have the paper copies that come in the mail. Response well we can’t help you. I said every other bank will assist me in setting up this account with these documents so I will take my business elsewhere, that I did. I signed up with another credit union fully online didn’t even have to go into a branch and they were very friendly. Bottom line rude people and poor customer service will not get anyone anywhere in this market.

No option to deposit at ATM??? Never had an ATM not have this option..
