I'm pretty sure I have a tattoo on my forehead that says my mom just passed so please give me a hard time! Had to go to the bank today where my mom & I have a joint account. Had to deposit some money to pay some of her bills. As soon as the lady sees that it's me very snooty says you know you need to close this account out. Ok, so this is the same lady I gave the death certificate to and she told me I have 6 months to close it and after the deal with Spectrum given me a hard time on getting a final bill my fuse is short. I said I know I have 6 months & it's only been a month in a half and I'm trying my best to get everything taken care of. I'm still waiting for final bills. She rolls her eyes at me and said the only thing I see coming out of your account is a bunch of places you been eating at! At this point the lady (Brenda Bates) is very lucky there is a counter between us. I told her it's none of her business what's coming out of my account. Her job is to take my deposit and give me a receipt and not a hard. She then throws my licenses at me. Rude, unprofessional, & lacks customer service!
