My husband and I had been casually house hunting for a few months prior to us seeking pre-approval on a home loan. We decided to use Northpoint Mortgage and it didn’t take long to realize what a great choice we made. Team Richards was fantastic! Ryan stepped in and guided us through the application process with ease and offered us an insight of what our financial options would be as a borrower. His availability was flexible and at one point he answered my questions at 9:30 at night - sorry about that Ryan! He was extremely patient throughout the process but more importantly he wanted us to be comfortable with our borrowing choices. He is exceptionally knowledgeable in all aspects of the industry and seems to truly enjoy helping his clients. Judy was also great! She was extremely patient and understanding and even assured me that all would be fine and handled accordingly while she was away on vacation - which it was. She was also very responsive to our e-mail questions. For this and many other reasons we are so grateful that we selected Northpoint Mortgage for our borrowing needs. I can honestly say that this whole process was not as stressful as one would have thought and I truly want to thank them for such a wonderful experience! 👏🏡❤️
