  WORK WITH JOHN! I cannot recommend John enough! His personalized phone call to the seller's agent singly secured the home I am. He was so patient as I asked many, many questions! He was even ready to close early! An absolute incredible person to work with!

  This was my first time meeting Jacob Leggett. He has been working with us for a month and has been wonderful to my Family & I. This lender has insured we had a smooth closing due to the builders. He has Text, Called, Replied, Emailed & Broken down all question and concerns. Thank you NorthPoint for hiring a Leader!!!! As seen in the photo below he does not judge his clients and this was our first time meeting. My 🥷 Jacob Leggett ✊🏿

  Went through north pointe bank and have had nothing but issues with their online system for making payments and then when they lock your account and promise you can make the payment the next day and it will be unlocked on a Friday then don’t answer your calls it’s already too late because the payment was due on Saturday when they are closed and you have no option but to pay a 2.5% fee to pay by card. I hate this company they are scam artists and charge a ridiculous interest rate. We are refinancing because these people are idiots
