  Sue Berry and her team are awesome. everyone is friendly, extremely knowledgeable, very quick to respond to you. They walk you through the entire process step by step they break everything down for you right at the start. I cannot say enough things about how great they are. They make the process simple and easy as possible and are extremely reliable.

  Did a home refinance with NorthPointe Bank and couldn’t have been happier. Expectations were met and my loan funded without ever speaking to my loan rep via a phone - everything was accomplished via email and NorthPointe’s website. Original estimate to close was within $500 and I feel I got a great rate with minimal cost and effort.

  Stellar service!!! We had a unique situation and they were able to not only find us a loan program but get us closed in a timely manner :) Goose Ritter and his team were incredibly responsive to any and all questions we had,, they worked so diligently to get us the best rate. Special thanks to Shanee Smith as well, as anyone who's ever applied to a mortgage will know that the process is incredibly stressful but it was alot less stressful being that she was always there when an issue came up. And I do mean always. They are about their business so try them out, we can't thank them enough 😊.
