  I think Alexa DePaolo of Northpoint Bank is an actual angel on earth. I have wanted to purchase a home my entire adult life and Alexa stayed in touch with me for 3 years until I was finally able to do it this June. Her knowledge of the whole process blows me away and her service style made us feel like family. In addition to her being an all-around beautiful human, she made the process so incredibly smooth. Everyone told us buying our first home would be stressful... well with Alexa, it isn't. I truly believe there is no one better. Thank you, thank you, thank you, so much to Alexa and her team!!!

  I'm not a newcomer to obtaining a Mortgage.The Northpointe team were amazing.I worked with Taylor Graham and Rose. I really couldn't fault the service. I normally can...Highly recommended.

  Terrible place to work! They are very desperate for people, especially positions that involve being on the phone, that they will tell you anything to get you in. And once in, they start treating you as if they don’t trust you and watch you every minute of the day. The training is a little subpar and management does not know what they’re doing. I often get told how to do something one day and the next day I told to do it a different way. Not worth the stress or The money. Not the way for how you’re treated anyway. If you are not signed in before the time the phones open even if it is just less than a minute late you are March card. They claim flexibility and a job description but there is a flexibility to be had. Go ahead and give them a try at your own risk but make sure you save that $1,500 signing bonus. so you have a way out because you will have to pay that back if you don’t stay there within a year. They kinda trap you like that.
