  This is the WORST company. I have contacted them 5 times to remove PMI and they do not send me the information. First they claimed they had the wrong e-mail (funny because we get all their other emails). Then hey hung up on me twice. They keep saying we will be contacted in7-10 business days. Finally spoke to a supervisor, Jennifer, and she said we would be contacted by the appraisal team the next business day. It's been a week and NOTHING. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and Consumer Protection Agency. Unfortunately, I had no control in who bought our loan but if you can help it, steer clear from them!!!

  This bank has IT Problem. Wanting to take advantage of their excellent 0.90% money market promotion rate, I tried to open new account online. However I could not get pass the first page of the application. Got stuck on question "How do you hear about us"banner , yet no drop-down selection was provided and therefore I could not continue the application beyond the first page. Customer service is good though. I got a call back. She tried to figure out the problem for me, even though to no avail in the end. I was advised to apply the new account mutually with paper, which usually takes at least 3-4 weeks. I'm very experienced in apply new account online and Northpointe's glitch is truly inconceivable in today's digital banking environment. This experience also makes me wonder the quality of their online banking system, not reassuring in my opinion however great their saving rate may be. Maybe they only focus on Mortgage ?!
