  The team at Northpoint bank is absolutely amazing! If your looking for the right people for a morgage, refinance, or investment you need not look any further. About 6 years ago we were looking for financing on our first home. We had spoken with a couple of banks and while we were approved the numbers just weren't great. Our realator suggested we speak with Krystal at Northpoint and we were blown away. Not only did she create miracles and open doors other banks hadn't, but the level of customer service was beyond anything you could imagine. Naturally when we were ready to purchase our 2nd home( for investment purpose) we returned. Krystal is still part of the team but this time we worked with John. Our loan was easy if we wanted a conventional loan. But we wanted a different loan and it was not so easy. John worked for us like he was part of our family. He worked with our realtor and left no stone unturned to help us realize our dreams. As we build we will continue to return to Krystal and John at Northpoint for all of our financial needs. If your looking for the right lender and and your on the fence, or looking for suggestions, just know that this group will exceed expectations and help you realize your dreams. I know because they did it for my family. Not once but twice. With more on the horizon

  My husband and I were referred to Dan for a business loan. We provided Dan all the information he needed and he said the amount we are asking for won't be a problem. Then he basically ghosted us. My husband would call and text him and he would decline our calls or say he will call us back and never would. A MONTH LATER, he told us we should have recieved and email to accept the loan but warned us that the interest was high. My husband and I decided even with the high interest rate we would still accept it.. we basically called him out on his lie. There was no paperwork for us. He tried to use the high interest to scare us off because he didnt want to work with us. He ghosted us once again. Then told us he got us a better rate a week later. whelp that was another lie, because my husband got an email saying he can't help us. After over a month of stringing us along and lying, he just passed us off to someone else. He could have at least called us the first week and told us he didn't want our business, but to wait an entire month and then lie about everything being approved and moving to the next phase, is so disrespectful and unprofessional. We have people waiting on us and he knew that but didn't care. How we were treated was so unprofessional, disrespectful and pathetic. I would never recommend Dan to anyone and we also told the person who recommended him to us to NEVER recommend him either. He's a liar and doesn't care how his actions effect other people. We understand that business loans work differently, but basic communication and respect for other people should he the same with every aspect of life and banking. We now have to start over and the employees that we have coming with us (which again he knew about) have to figure out how they will pay their bills.
