  Great local credit union! They have everything the big banks have. The staff is always helpful and truly cares about their members. They don’t want to see anyone struggle, and they’ll never put you in a situation that would become a financial burden. Really appreciate their honesty and helpful approach to solving problems. Never any judgement!!

  I have been a member at NorthRidge community credit union in Hoyt Lakes for almost 2 years now, and can’t believe it took me this long to become a member. The staff is very professional and got me organized in a Kasasa account. I make more in benefits in a month than I did in 2 years with Wells Fargo. NorthRidge has all the benefits of a big bank plus a lot more. As a 51 year old, I make sure to let young new savers to make sure they checkout NorthRidge to gain the most out of their financial account! I’ll be a lifer now.

  Been doing business with HLCCU/NRCCU for over 25 years. The last time I asked them for an auto loan I was shocked at how low my credit score was they told me I had. It was way lower than credit karma told me I was,lower than Wells Fargo said I was. The reason they pull and use your lowest credit number is to benefit themselves with higher interest rates. I saved over 3% on the interest rate by using another bank to buy my car. Thanks for nothing NRCCU

While we do strive to offer the best interest rates we possibly can, we know there will be occasions that we do not have the lowest rate in certain circumstances, and that's okay! We are happy to hear you found such a great rate for your car!! When it comes to credit scores, there are so many different variables involved. Everyone has multiple credit scores that can change (sometimes drastically) month by month, and they are different from one credit bureau to the next because of the different scoring models.
