      Today assistant bank manager Katreena Little helped me file my covid-19 emergency loan application. She then wrote me an email at 9pm To offer more even more help. Will your bank work till 9pm at night to help fight to you save your small business?? The best customer service of any business in Alaska as far as im concerned.

      As friendly and helpful as their in-bank staff are, the online banking is absolute garbage. Finding your own account number WHILE LOGGED IN is difficult, if not impossible, transferring funds between your business accounts requires additional and special set up, labeling multiple business accounts is not allowed. Everything that the rest of the world has come to expect since the days of AOL, Northrim seems to only now be learning. If you are a business owner and want to be able to control your accounts online (what a novel concept!), Northrim is not the bank for you.
