      This bank is a shared service center branch for my bank. I was greeted and assisted by a very friendly and professional teller. No long line or wait was in and out. Other teller next to mines appeared to be friendly as well. I would recommend this bank.

      I applied for a home loan and the loan officer who was assigned to me was not helpful at all. After I provided everything that was requested from me, although I have a great credit score and my finances are in order, he rejected my application with a little to no explanation saying something that my rental property was an issue and that no lender was going to give me an approval. Needless to say, I got approval within days from another major credit union and a private lender with very good rates. Ended up buying a home within a month. I’m not planning on giving any business to this bank and I don’t recommend them.

      I called to inquire about a house refinance loan and he kept trying to push a Walmart gift card on me. And when I questioned him about it he disconnected me.
