I use this credit union as a shared branch location and have always received excellent service. I've never had to wait...longer than a minute or two. The double entry/exit doors make it feel very safe, although they haven't been working lately. They're open til 6pm which makes going after work convenient. This an update. February 2021 They do not conduct shared branch transactions 'right now'! (bummer that what I used them for, oh well I can still use the fee free ATM) April 2022 UPDATE Well, I've had to find a different 'shared' branch credit union. This location no longer supports shared branch banking (I bank with a different credit union & this credit union agrees to allow simple transactions such as withdrawls & straight deposits along with the use of the ATM for no fee) no fee free ATM either! Bummer because it was close to my home. Oh well I'll find somewhere else .

If I could give zero stars I would. We applied for a heloc months ago. February 1 we received an email that the loan was conditionally approved and that it would take 4 to 6 weeks to upload to our account. It's been well over 8 weeks and we still don't have a helco. Trying to get ahold of someone to address the issue has been a headache and the person that is assigned to the loan doesn't seem to know what they are doing. We were told a week and half ago that someone would call about a notary so the heloc could get upgraded and we never heard from anyone. The person at the branch closet to us doesn't ever seem to know anything. I use to work a credit union and did helocs. It shouldn't have taken this long for us to get funds. How ridiculous.
