  Shawn and his team helped me immensely with a first time home buying process. I went in with zero knowledge and Shawn walked me through the process easily and patiently. Furthermore, his team was just as professional and helpful.   Was working with another lender previously until I discovered Kevin at NorthStar home loans. It was less than 2 weeks to close, Kevin and his team not only got me one third less origination charges on my mortgage, almost a thousand less cash the clothes with lender credits, and 1% less over 30 years on a fixed mortgage. I wish there was a higher rating than five stars because this establishment deserves every bit of recognition
