  We are customers of this local bank for 10 years. However, we are not happy of their services. Last month (August 21, 2019) our insurance transferred money to our account (through the bank). This bank rejected it and created a headache for us. Probably, we have funny names. They need to train their employees focused on the importance of serving diverse population. We are always upset of this parochial attitude and mindset. We are sorry but we need to be honest. It can Help the bank to improve its customer treatment and service provision. The best feedback for improvement is the one that comes from the loyal customers.

  Updated review. After several months and some issues out of this banks control. I still feel they are friendly and try to be helpful, however I've never had a bank account where they will not help you with an overdraft under 300.00. Sometimes things happen and I do not blame my branches staff but it's so unfortunate that they absolutely do not allow any overdraft period. I assume too many idiots opened accounts with this bank and stiffed them on overdrafts, who knows, but with this policy in mind, it has affected my overall rating of this banking institution. Also another issue is, it evidentally takes 2 business days to process a cash deposit done at your home branches atm. Every other bank Ive ever used, when a deposit of any kind is made at an atm, it is immediately available except with certain checks which at least a portion of the funds are immediately available. A cash deposit though taking 2 days is a little rediculous in my opinion. Other than that everything else is great, and the staff is friendly.
