  My wife and I purchased a property, and began developing it in 2012. It started out as a retirement home, and then developed into a retirement business. We built our dream home, and a dream business - a Trophy Whitetail paradise! Being a unique business, we knew we needed a unique banking partner. We worked with Bill Loew, and Judy Nelson at Northview Bank - Askov office. Six years later, after grandchildren and a challenge with cancer our vision required adjustment and we decided to sell our dream to pursue another. This was an exceptional property, with a high price tag, and a limited market of individuals who would like to purchase a Whitetail business, and residence. When we found the perfect buyer - we needed a Banking partner who would understand our business, and its value. The buyers long-standing Bank had no idea how to deal with a Whitetail business! So, we knew we needed to help the buyers. We connected the buyers to Bill Loew at Northview Bank and Bill Loew, Chad Johnson and their team thought "outside of the box" and made it happen, when others didn't know what to do. We were free to pursue another dream, as the buyers were able to pursue their new Whitetail business dream, but only because Northview Bank found a way with a difficult property to finance. Thank you Northview Bank!!!
