      Excellent bank, very friendly customer service. Answered all of my questions about retirement plans, different banking accounts, banking locations, etc. Very knowledgeable and kind. I especially appreciate Vanessa B; she explains everything and gets back to all of my questions very quickly. I was referred to this bank by a satisfied customer and I will now also be recommending it to others.

      The branch manager at the meredith nh location is rude and does not care about you as a customer. I have been a customer for 10 years and have never been treated this way until she came along. They also went into another account that I have with someone else who is the primary holder of the account and took money from there and put it into my personal account without either one if our permission🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 once this is all fixed they way it should be I will be closing all accounts and will never use them again
