      After going to several different banks over the weekend I ended up at Northway Bank this morning. Roberta was absolutely fantastic! She went above and beyond to help me with my situation! She literally spent 5 hours helping me! She is absolutely fantastic and if you ever need help with banking, she is the best!

      I lived in NH for a couple of years and was surprised at how poor the banking service was in the area. I tried there different banks and none of them were good. Overall the tellers did a good, but the personal bankers and or managers were in a word... unfriendly. Summer 2020.

      The Tilton Northway Bank is by far the best Northway Bank in the Lakes region. I haven’t had good experiences at the one in Laconia. They’re not very friendly and I feel they’re very judgy. The Tilton Northway Bank has gone above and beyond to help me on numerous occasions and they are so polite and understanding so I recommend this bank to everyone. I’ve had many other accounts with Laconia savings, td bank north and had all bad experiences with them so Northway will always be my Bank!
