I pay my car note at this bank. Went through the drive thru, the teller was nice & fast. Proceed with caution into the drive thru, customers from the diner next door cut through the parking lot.

Northwest Bank loan department are thieves. They recently upgraded their online banking app. They “accidentally” took $2000 out of my bank account by electronic transfer. When I called to have it transferred back they said they would have to investigate it and “if” my account was overdrawn, they would send me a check back “in probably a couple weeks.”

I'm only giving a 1 because it makes you- I stopped by the atm and it shorted me- I stood at the window for someone to help- Jeff the manager came out smiling away- proceeded to tell me that's not their problem, and to dispute with my bank- I took from your bank and you charged me to do so andddd I don't get all the money? Ya mind blown- mind blown even more when he tells me, with a huge smile- this happens all the time. My response- I'm 40 yrs old and never ever have had this problem- and I have to wait til morning to call my own bank( Keybank- they're fantastic). Never ever has happened at Keybank- Never will I stop again either-
