      Closed my account without even telling me. No call, no letter, no email, nothing. Had a deposit go through to the account not knowing it was closed and had to wait 2 weeks for them to even send out a check to me for the money that was supposed to go in my account. Monthly charges for an account. Got married and told them to change the last name on my account. They never put it through. Had to keep change of address confirmation form for my account in my glove box because everytime I'd go there they wouldn't have my current address on file despite me showing them the change of address form confirmation THEY GAVE ME every single time. Take your money somewhere else. This bank is terrible.

      Very disappointed at their new charges for bank statements $3.00 a month and the only way to remove is to sign up for online banking. $36 a year just to have an account. Most banks offer completely free checking (no hidden fees), but not here. Take your money elsewhere!
