      Ive just had the worst 5 days with northwest bank in general. This just happens to be my branch so I'm venting here. Kelly the manager here is very nice and very helpfu, but this bank does not work for you. Dont ever forget that. Take your money elswhere. When and if something goes wrong you will be treated like an enemy not a customer. 5 stars because the manager is fantastic. 0 stars for the bank.

      The North west bank in the plaza with Outback restaurant and JoAnn fabrics is amazing. The staff is very pleasant and fast. They can help with all of your banking needs.

      Fairly convienent as far as banks go, always a good deal of tellers available during lunch. I have been probably half a dozen times and never had to wait which is great when trying to get some banking done at lunch.
