      Though bank hours are infamously bad, I really wish they were open at least till 5 or 5:30 during the week. Would have helped me with issues relating to Northwest. Ok bank though office is nice.

      horrible service, the worker was rude, she talked over & ignored me the entire time i was there, as well as directing all the information about my account to the person i was with (who has no access or connection), and socializing instead of doing her job. what should have taken 45 minutes took almost 2 and a half hours because of her messing up so many times. hopefully it was just this employee, since i've had other pleasant experiences there before

      This Bank does not care about its customers..at all..changes policies so they can nickel and dime you..will lose all my business over $10....losers
