      Nothing but great things to say about the staff! Greg, the branch manager is always there for me when needed. These people are the reason I continue to bank here.

      Very rude staff if your calling with a problem they caused the lady who picks up the phone gives you a nasty attitude and hangs up in your face, they refuse to answer questions about your own money they are an absolutely terrible bank that needs to either be re staffed of shut down entirely they are extremely rude and unprofessional. I'd give them a negative 5 if I could they are seriously the worst bank I've ever experienced.

      Horrible bank. Their fees are outrageous, and the manager of the Lockport branch is one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with my entire life. You couldn’t pay me to bank with them again.
