      Used to be an amazing bank, but every good thing must come to an end. First I get a counterfeit $100 dollar bill from them. Then they give me trouble when I'm trying to wire money to close on my new home out of state. I've already moved to the new state and they won't wire money without a signature in person. There are no branches here for their bank and it is law her that that amount has to be wired. No matter that I can indeed prove that I am who I say I am. I now have to give my sister-in-law power of attorney just so I can close on time. Over 10 years at a bank should stand for more than this. If I could give 0 stars it would still be too much

      What is the point of having an outdoor ATM if it doesn't work properly or is broken the majority of the time. The amount of money I waste in gas money driving there only to have the ATM be out of order, to then have to drive back the next day is enough to just switch banks.
